Biodegradable Sheet & Film

PLA sheet is made from a new type of polymer material, which is made from natural plants and chemically synthesized. It can effectively reduce carbon emissions and the use of fossil fuels.

PLA sheet has excellent physical and mechanical properties that could be used for thermoforming process to make cups, lids, trays, and food container.

We produce natural fiber sheet for thermoforming products like blister packaging, food container, bowls, plates, etc.

It could replace traditional plastic sheet with its balanced impact strength, process stability & high temperature resistance.

Using natural fiber as material could significantly reduce the carbon emission during production, and it could degrade within 90 days in certain compost condition.

Our food safe PLA films are industrially compostable plastic films, manufactured from renewable resources. Extruding grade in equal thickness and superior film tenacity. It can be laminated with paper tray and replace envelope window and other packaging like candy packaging, fresh flower packaging and food packaging.

The film has an excellent transmission rate for moisture, a high natural level of surface tension and a good transparency for UV light.

It’s suited with great capability for printing & various purpose.

Aluminized PLA film is with one side corona treatment and the other heat sealable, and it can be used to make colorful cosmetic glitter.

Made from plant-based materials that the cling wrap was certified compostable to meet the ASTM D6400 standard. Also it’s BPA and plastic free, contains no polyethylene.

PLA cling film could provide a tight seal which keep the air out from containers to extend the freshness of food and prevent odors or freezer burn.

It’s easy to cut the food wrap with the design of slide cutter on the surface of package.

Biodegradable Material

In plastic industry, people use impact modifier to achieve better properties performance. Impact modifiers used to improve the impact performance of engineering plastics, such as polyesters, polyamides and polycarbonate blends. They provide an excellent balance of impact resistance, modulus and viscosity with an extraordinary good retention of heat distortion temperatures. Bio-plastic, however, has inferior properties than normal plastic including the impact strength & flexure modulus, which make it indispensable to use the impact modifier during the production. Furthermore, it could be difficult to well blend different bioplastic. For example, normally, PLA (Polylactic Acid) is not compatible with PBS, PBAT & other filler like cornstarch. In this case, our impact modifier could also work as compatibilizer between different materials.
